Howard Read endeared himself to a generation of kids with his animated alter ego Little Howard. After being nominated for the Perrier Award both Howard’s found themselves on the bill at the Royal Variety Performance as well as being picked up by CBBC.
Although the duo are still very much together Howard flies solo on Sunday 24th June. Totally silly, songs and jokes and stupidity. The man is a buffoon of the highest order. And in this business that is a good thing.
‘Incredibly, achingly funny’ Daily Mail ‘Breaking boundaries in stand-up comedy’ The Independent
George Rigden is a very mean-spirited young man who doesn’t believe in restricting comedy to the stage so don’t blame us when he plonks himself next to you whilst strumming his instrument. Fortunately, George is also very, very funny…
“Very funny stuff.” Chortle “George Rigden had the audience in his hands” Leicester Mercury
Tom Lawrinson has a natural stage presence and beautiful, flowing locks. Tom is an expert in ‘comedy judo’, defusing old gags so that they are fit for our enlightened times.
Raymond Mearns is always at the top of our compering short list and we’re delighted to have him back in Greenfield!
“An improvisational genius” Frankie Boyle “A personality so huge it fills the room” The List
